Performance dance is a by-audition only class for dancers ages 8 & up. It is a class aimed at the serious student who wants a pre-professional dance company experience.  Performance dance is a big commitment of time and energy for the whole family. Dancers attend a weekly company class and are assigned rotating rehearsal blocks. While dancers will not have rehearsals every week, they must be available during rehearsal block times to participate.

Requirements

1. Dancers ages 8 – 11 must be enrolled in at least one technique level class.
2. Dancers Ages 12 & up must be enrolled in at least 2 technique level classes. 
3. Rehearsals are Fridays and or Sundays. 

Company Class Friday  & rehearsal 5:30 – 8:30pm

Rehearsal Blocks:  Sunday 1:30 – 3:30pm

Production fee for this show is $100. Full company members will be billed for a 1.5 hour class. (February – May)  Junior company members will be billed for a 1 hour class (February – May).  Class helpers will be billed $100 production fee.

Friday January 30th 5:30 – 7:00pm & Friday February 6th 5:30 – 7pm

 the  Spring Recital is Saturday May 30th.

  Dancers are chosen based on technique, musicality, ability to pick up combinations and performance style.  Please arrive at the audition in plenty of time to fill out an audition form, get your number and warm up. Need more information, Just ask you instructor.
