—Enclose a check to Studio A for production fee ($50 per child per class)
—Mail to Studio A, PO Box 4651, Chapel Hill, NC 27515
—A confirmation email will be sent to you.
—Remember, the production fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

—Registration days. Wednesday August 24 and Thursday 25th from 5:30 – 7pm

Placement Class for Jazz/Contemporary/Hip Hop Wednesday August 24 6 – 7pm

Placement Class for Ballet Thursday August 25 6 – 7pm
